So, I just got done watching American Horror Story - The Complete First Season
Yeah, it was so engrossing! I must go back and watch it again and catch all the "little things" I missed!

American Horror Story is an American anthology television series created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk for the FX Network. The first season, which premiered on October 5, 2011 and concluded on December 21, 2011, revolves around the Harmons: a loving but troubled family who move into a famous "murder house" in Los Angeles, where their lives are turned upside down by the spirits of many deceased former occupants of the house.
